Fall is just around the corner! So we’re beyond excited to be offering styling inspiration for glamorous autumn weddings. Not just because we love the season but because, for the first time, we’re combining fashion, beauty, and decor! And the spark for all the styling ideas? A modern palette of Nars eyeshadows in lilac, laurel green, and aubergine. Enjoy!

- Inspiration for your reception dress perhaps? This couture gown by Lebanese designer to the stars Zuhair Murad (via Glamour) is in the most luxurious purple. Then, the embellishment on the bodice is made to look like flowers applied directly to bare skin! Hence, the name of this line Skin Flowers.

– The height of glam would be a bridal accessory like this stunning cuff bracelet from the Nieman Marcus’ Lattice Collection. Designed by sculptor-turned-jeweler David Yurman, it features his signature cable design traced with pavé diamonds! Admittedly way beyond the budget of most brides, isn’t this still a fabulous peg for the dream bracelet to look for in your price range?

– The wedding shoes to match? Why, a pair of strappy “Lance” sandals by Jimmy Choo in gold mirror leather! We can just see these taking you from that momentous walk down the aisle to those fancy moves on the dance floor.

– For an equally trendy table setting, try this hip approach we found on photographer Heather Parker’s blog. A rectangular table in place of the conventional round type, ultra-modern centerpieces of purple blooms atop metal cylinders, and matching metallic-finish table linens.

– Our inspiration for this autumn wedding showcase is this Nars “High Society” eyeshadow trio. After all, who says fall colors are limited to orange, rust, and brown? Nowadays, other hues from nature like lilac, plum, and aubergine combine with fern, laurel, or sage green to lend an air of sophistication to fall-time weddings.

– Go modern for your wedding cake, too. This stunning Jewel Cake by Bobbette & Belle, for instance, foregoes the traditional flowers. Instead it features mosaic-like bands of handmade sugar jewels in shades of purple, turquoise and ivory. Fabulous!

– Your bridal bouquet can reflect the same mood with an artful choice of flowers. This all-calla lily arrangement by ArtQuest Florals provides the perfect sleek look, along with a lovely blend of white, purple and plum to match this palette.

– A signature wedding drink that’s “in color” as well? Definitely. We found a snazzy suggestion over at Libbey.com. It’s called a Champagne Fizzy, combining gin, fresh lemon juice, chilled champagne and the creative clincher, frozen grapes! Cheers!

– Remind guests to mark off your Big Day by sending save-the-dates that echo your theme. With your key color being purple, you might go for a vineyard motif as in this stylish card by The Green Kangaroo Designs. Or maybe bands of purple to lavender ombre in keeping with a modern look.
