Can you believe September is here?! It\u2019s the start of a new week and a new month, and so we\u2019ve got a fresh focus for our \u201cWedding Week\u201d this time: children at weddings! Some of our favorite blogs happened to feature these delightful kid-related images and ideas that we know you\u2019ll enjoy. From florals to favors to fun, here\u2019s our roundup of wedding inspiration from the week just past!<\/p>\n

\"Activities<\/p>\n

1 – How to keep kids entertained (read \u201cbehaved\u201d) at a wedding? The key seems to be: Be prepared<\/em>. Take a look at these appealing goodie bags<\/strong>, for instance, from My Own Labels<\/a>. Much like a party loot bag, they\u2019re filled with jumbo crayons, a journal personalized with each child\u2019s name, and a packet of munchies\u2014all finished with such fun, colorful labels. The kiddos will probably be asking when the next wedding \u201cparty\u201d will be!<\/p>\n

2 – Oh, what a charmer she is! This darling flower girl<\/strong> actually steals the attention from the gorgeous purple and orange nosegay she\u2019s holding! And as you\u2019ll see from the entire wedding we found via A Lowcountry Wedding<\/a>, this bold palette was carried throughout\u2014from the florals to the bridal party to the reception place settings.<\/p>\n

3 – Over the summer months, lawn games<\/strong> became quite a hit at outdoor weddings. For this little lady at a real wedding featured on Rose and Birch<\/a>, it was a game of croquet. Something that guests of all ages can try their hand at! Plus, there\u2019s a lot more rustic DIY prettiness throughout this wedding. So visit the full post and enjoy!<\/p>\n

4 – At this whimsical woodland wedding<\/strong> showcased on Love My Dress<\/a>, the kiddie guests were treated to their very own \u201cI Spy\u201d game<\/strong>\u2014courtesy of the groom himself. It included a disposable camera for each child, along with a list of snapshots for them to capture while at the wedding. What a thrill for the little photographers!<\/p>\n

5 – And at the same wedding<\/a>, the bride\u2019s lovely little sister donned her own floral crown and carried a carved heart-shaped sign<\/strong> down the aisle in place of a bouquet or basket. So sweet!<\/p>\n
