My Little Pumpkin Feature: A Fall Themed Baby Shower!

The “Little Pumpkin” theme is hugely popular for kiddie celebrations in the fall. But you’ll be tickled pink (literally) by our featured party today: an adorable Fall-inspired Baby Shower from Tutus & Toads! By adding fuchsia to the usual autumn oranges and browns, plus sweet girly touches amidst the woodsy decor, it was an occasion truly fit for the expected bundle of joy. So lovingly planned and hosted by family and friends.

Darling Decorations for a “Little Pumpkin” Baby Shower

– The autumn foliage in itself is a huge decorating plus for parties this time of year! Especially in places like New England where this delightful gathering was held. With that as a backdrop, here are the darling decorations we noted:

– On the long party table, a burlap runner provided the ‘fall feel’ for the simple white chairs and linens. While bright orange pumpkin centerpieces added fun focal points for the theme.

– Mini pumpkins graced the place settings, each tied with a little pink bow and accented with a tiny autumn vine and berries.

– For tabletop lighting, hurricane lamps were combined with tiki torches. Usually seen at tropical-themed events, but a practical option for any outdoor party!

– And to bring in the touches of hot pink: paper-punch garlands draped on the chairs, pink napkins and bottle labels, and pink ribbons tied here and there.

Autumn-inspired Baby Shower Treats and Favors

For the brunch menu, the hostesses chose to serve ‘baby-size food.’ And what an eye-catching spread they had!

– They combined traditional autumn treats and delicious Indian brunch items. Confections, cake pops, waffles, mini sandwiches, rolls, and wraps. While for drinks, they served pumpkin spice lattes and apple cider.

– The cutest girl-scarecrow dolls kept watch over the food buffet, with goodies presented on wooden trays, assorted cake stands, baskets, pumpkin-shaped glass jars, and tin buckets.

– A large framed chalkboard sign displayed a greeting for the ‘little pumpkin’ on the way, with more pink bows prettying up the scene.

– And for shower favors, each guest got to take home a caramel candy apple.

Thank you, Tutus & Toads for such creative (and cute) fall party inspiration!
