Spa party by Glamour Ave Parties

It’s always a nice surprise to discover party ideas that can “cross over” easily from the non-wedding to the wedding party scene! That’s why The Wedding Bistro at Bellenza is always on the lookout for finds like these to feature, and inspire couples-in-planning with great ideas from non-wedding occasions.

Take, for example, this darling spa-themed party styled by Courtney Price of Glamour Avenue Parties. She actually designed this for a 12 year-old’s birthday celebration. But with a bit of imaginative adjustment, the details could easily be translated into a fun bridal shower party, to get the bride and her friends all prettied up for the Big Day!

Thanks so much, Courtney, for sharing these photos with us!

See the Fabulous Party!

Table view
The dessert (and beauty) table were all decked out in pretty pink, from the cupcakes, to the “take out” favor boxes, to the tubes of hand lotion and bottles of nail polish, to the scattering of rose petals.

Spa stations
Check out these pampering stations! Each guest gets her own seat at the party table transformed into a mini salon; each station equipped with a pink basin and “facial” supplies.

Beauty treatment supplies
Check out the charming beauty station details: cucumber-slice eye patches, tiny pots of strawberry facial mask, individual mirrors, basins and face cloths, and more rose petals on a damask-print runner.

Manicure stations
There are even separate manicure-pedicure seats for each guest. How cute is this set-up of chairs and foot basins for every guest to feel like a pampered princess

Table buffet
Continuing the party’s color palette, the table buffet offers finger sandwiches and fruit skewers all displayed on pink tiered stands—and for drinks, pink lemonade of course!

Desserts and candy
Amidst all that pinkness, there are certain to be sweets! In fact, right alongside the pampering and beauty products are cake stands of glittery pink-frosted cupcakes.

Party banner signage
This darling party banner can be customized for a bridal shower, with the bride-to-be’s name or a witty play on the shower theme. “Blushing Bride,” perhaps?

Party favors spa shower
And of course, the guests mustn’t go home empty handed (not with those glamorous new manicures)! So sweet treats on sticks are ready to be taken, all prettily packaged and labeled.
