Expecting a little one soon? For sure the question “boy or girl?” is keeping everyone (maybe even the two of you!) intrigued and excited. Well, why not share the thrill of the big announcement with a gender reveal party that lets family and friends in on the fun? Take your pick from these 10 creative and cool ideas we found for making that all-important announcement!

Gender Reveal Cookies and Treats Made Sweetly

Make the reveal extra sweet with party treats that keep everyone guessing (notice all the question marks?) till the first slice or bite! You could go with yummy chocolate cupcakes with pink or blue filling, or really fancy cookies decorated with boy and girl silhouettes or cool Super Mario Bros. graphics. The gender reveal party cake itself could ‘spill the beans’…or should we say, the candies! Love this candy-filled example and this darling onesie design that has the inner layers colored for the reveal.

My niece will be having a baby shower with this theme. We will be making a gender reveal piñata wherein pink or blue candies will come out! So excited about this idea!
