Well, now we’re taking it several degrees colder—all the way to frozen treats infused with fruits and berries, and spiked with alcohol! The fruits make these iced desserts colorful and summery, while the champagne, wine, bourbon or rum make them grownup and “gourmet.” Remember the spiked snow cones we featured here?
