A Silver and White Wedding Table by Sweet Sensations

Silver and white place setting

It’s always a thrill for us to receive submissions from one of you, our dear blog followers! Like this stylish wedding table setting sent in by Sandra Garth of Sweet Sensations. We love how the table elements are so doable with items you probably already have on hand, plus a few additions from party, craft, or houseware outlets. For an intimate, at-home gathering, this is perfect!

Silver and white wedding shower tablescape

As Sandra explains, “This bridal tablescape was designed in honor of two of my nieces that were married this spring.” The motif is classic white and silver, and is pulled off beautifully with these key decorative pieces:

  1. A faux cake centerpiece that she covered with scrapbook paper and embellished with decorative stick-ons, then topped with a simple bouquet of silk flowers
  2. A table overlay that she described as “a fun no-sew project” using “a couple yards of glittery fabric and heat bond”
  3. Crystal candelabra with white taper candles adding height and elegance
  4. Pearl-strand napkin rings adorning silvery grey napkins
  5. Matching silver chair sashes
