With summer weddings drenched in dazzling sunshine, colors really pop! So we couldn’t be more excited to share 3 color palettes that are sure to work magic on your summertime wedding venue–whether in a rustic barn, surrounded by a lush tropical garden, or out on the beach. See which color combo catches your fancy as it matches your chosen theme!
Coral and Mint Green for a ‘Rustic Glam’ Country Wedding
Traditional country weddings tend to be decorated in organic tones and homespun patterns. Well, not in our books…or should we say, not in our barn! We propose a rustic-glam style inspired by a fresh, cool palette of coral and mint green, with gleaming gold highlights. Your wedding cake (above) could be an elegant creation in mint green with a vine design handpainted in gold, while your maid-of-honor and bridesmaids could don coordinated dresses in coral and mint. Set the mood for your nuptials with an invitation suite in these same muted hues, which guests will then see gracing your stunning table settings jazzed up with gold-rimmed goblets and chevron table runners.

Lemon Paired with Orange for a ‘Boho Chic’ Resort Garden Wedding
Summer is, of course, the season for a resort wedding. So we picture this setting all abloom with tropical flowers and decked out in a sun-kissed palette of lemon and orange. Perfect for a ‘boho chic’ theme! And no boho bride should be without a luscious floral crown (above), don’t you agree? Brightly colored lanterns-and-succulents centerpieces can make a striking statement on the guest tables, while an ultra-chic lounge area allows guests to mingle in comfort and in style! And for the sweetest finish to this luxe occasion, mini cakes adorned with yellow plumeria and orange roses.

Aqua/Tiffany Blue and Fuchsia for a ‘Hip and Hot’ Beach Wedding
In this palette we envisioned for a ‘hip and hot’ beach theme, classic Tiffany blue gets amped up several degrees when paired with sassy fuchsia. The reception tablescapes (above), for instance, would be stunning in this color combo against crisp white, with matching chevron-pattern escort cards guiding guests to their seats. A lovely wedding cake trimmed with aqua bands and pink roses would be a fitting focal point for the occasion. And for some sparkle for the bridal party ladies, turquoise glass and ice pink gemstone teardrop earrings couldn’t be prettier!

Love the dresses on rustic glam country wedding. I am getting married this June could you tell me where to buy the dresses?
Would really appreciate it!!!!
Hi Jamie! Yes, aren’t those bridesmaid dresses just gorgeous? Unfortunately, the source post only lists the credits for the bridal dress (Delphine Manivet) and for the bridesmaids’ accessories (“vintage + flea market”). So it seems there was no particular shop for those.
But you may take a look at our recent post specifically on bridesmaids’ dresses:

Wishing you all the best for your June wedding. 🙂
